Innovation
Project
Center
The
Innovation
Project
Center considers technologies in terms of their commercial prospects, once they have been given a favorable opinion by the NTG Expert Council. The main criteria of technology evaluation are innovation life-cycle stage, availability of growing market of innovation products, intellectual property protection, venture project financial magnitudes.
Based on those technologies and solutions for which a substantial market potential is available, “start-up” companies are created in order to start-up high-technology business.
The
Innovation
Project
Center has a wide network of partners – investors, industrialists and experts in different areas. We conduct our business relying on collaboration not only with business circles but also with local authorities. The Center in headed by Dmitry Volkov, Director.
To Investors’ Attention
The National Technology Group CJSC calls attention of investment institutions (banks, special foundations, private investors etc.) to a great number of high-quality innovation projects which could produce profits to investors and help give an impetus to the economy of .
We propose different forms of cooperation to our investors – from establishment of joint enterprises including "start up" companies involved in a single specific high-technology project to acquisition of "as-is" technologies at different stages of their life – from design development to pilot production lot.
Collaboration with NTG CJSC will help you to establish mutually beneficial relationship with companies – members of the Royal Group – that are interested in being involved in promising investment projects.
Project Management
We select projects and prepare them for funds raising using our intracorporate method of project management.
1. At the early stage inventor’s claim for an invention is submitted to NTG Expert Council for consideration. Expert examination of the claim comprises two phases – technical and commercial.
Scientific and technical examination is meant to judge fundamental operability, technical soundness and exploitability of the invention.
Commercial (business-) examination is performed to evaluate business potential of the invention, as well as to assess substantial risks.
2. Upon getting a favorable appraisal from NTG Expert Council, the Project is documented in a text form with detailed description of the innovation commercialization mechanism.
3. At the third stage, partners (parties of interest) are involved in the Project. The project starts up, provided that there are partnership relations between the following business agents: owner of production site (once this asset is critical for the Project), distributor/vendor and investor. This “minimum” set of key partners allows to increase significantly the probability of Project success.
4. Upon completion of all preparatory work, the Project implementation stage begins.
5. At the final stage of the Project, closing procedure is carried out and the results are documented.
